Design Your Own - with Extra Customisation

Editor version 4.0 — July 2026

Every Design Your Own sheet is made to order, exactly the way you build it. The editor sits right on the product page — what you see in the preview is what we print.

Getting started

Open any Design Your Own product and the editor appears below the product options. If you don't see it straight away, make sure the personalisable option is selected — a note above the editor will point you to the right one.

Build your sheet

1. Sheet style

Some sheets come in more than one colour scheme. Pick a style from the pills near the top — each one shows a preview of its palette. Your text carries over when you switch, so feel free to try them all.

2. Choose your font

Pick one font for the whole sheet from the font menu. The preview updates instantly, and your stickers print in exactly that font.

3. Type your text

Your stickers are organised into columns, one tab per column. Type into each row and watch the preview update as you go. A few helpers:

• Copy to all rows — the button beside Row 1 copies its text to every row in the column. Perfect for a sheet of matching labels.
• Click the preview — clicking any sticker in the preview jumps you straight to its row.
• Long text shrinks to fit — but shorter reads better. Around 30 characters is a comfortable maximum for most stickers.

4. Colours

• Column colour — the swatches above the rows recolour every sticker in that column at once.
• One sticker at a time — the colour dot at the end of each row opens that sticker's own menu, for its colour and its text colour.
• Text colour — choose black or white for the lettering, or leave it on Default and we'll pick what suits each sticker colour.

The colours you see are our real print colours, so your sheet arrives looking like your preview. (Screens vary a little, but the palette is true to print.)

Saving and your designs

Your work saves automatically as you type — the little dot near the buttons shows the save status. You can also press Save draft to keep a design for later without adding it to your cart.

Your designs live in the strip at the top of the editor. Start a new one, switch between them, or remove ones you're done with. Designs are remembered in your browser — sign in to your account to access them from any device.

Give each design a name under Your reference — it appears on your cart and order so you can tell your designs apart.

Check it, then add to cart

The preview is your proof — what you see is exactly what we print, so give your spelling and colours a once-over right on the page. When you're happy, Add to cart — your cart shows a small image of your actual design.

Changing a design that's already in your cart

No problem — open the product page again and pick the design from the strip at the top of the editor, make your changes, then press Update design. Your cart keeps the updated version; there's no need to remove and re-add it.

Icons (selected sheets)

Some sheets — like our column header sheets — let you add an icon to each sticker. Where a row shows an icon menu next to the text box, pick from the icon library (or leave it on None). Icons print in the same colour as your text, so everything matches automatically.

Bulk fill (selected sheets)

Some sheets support filling from a spreadsheet. Where you see Upload CSV, choose a CSV file with one line of text per row — it fills the sheet top to bottom, left to right. Handy for class lists and big batches.

Phones and tablets

The editor works on mobile — the preview stays pinned to the top of the screen while you scroll through your rows, so you always see what you're building.

Tips & troubleshooting

• Can't see the editor? Check the personalisable option is selected in the product choices above.
• Made a mistake? Undo and redo buttons are next to the cart button (Ctrl/Cmd + Z works too). Reset starts the sheet fresh.
• Text looks small? It's shrinking to fit — try fewer characters for a bolder look.
• Design disappeared? Designs are saved to the browser you used. Sign in to your account and they'll follow you between devices.
